I weigh 242-241 and I would like to lose alot of weight I am in no hurry though just want to do it safe and healthy BUT I do want to see result's because that will inspire me to continue my journey, What my question is (I know i have alot of them) Im new so give me a break
I know i should be eating around 16-1800 cal's a day, For this past week i've kept it under 1800 for sure mainly under 1600 I would love some input becouse i feel like im eating alot although im eating alot better it just feels like alot even though im not eating the full 1800 a day I figure im am close enough because I will have just a touch more than the serving recommends (not much at all) and I figure that will probally get me around 1800 would someone look at my fitday for this past week (first week ever) and give me some feedback? Is it okay if i don't alway's get 1800? What if i don't feel like it? I know i need to get in more veggies and im working on it I am also drinking tons of water, so what do you all think? THANKS for putting up with my questions

p.s- yesterday i allowed myself to indulge in some chili cheese fries and chocolate i plan on doing this once a week so i don't binge terribly all week. It keeps me going
