I'm in a groove with Stonyfield Farms Organic French Vanilla Yogurt (the same company that makes YoBaby yogurt) with Kashi GoLean cereal in it! It's so yummy and satisfying. I'm with Kim on this one...it actually taste like dessert!

I am seriously tryin that orange chicken now. Would never have thought of that.

My "perfect meal" that I will always love-is breakfast-scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa, whole wheat toast. Yum.

Have you tried yellow tomatoes? They have less acid. In fact my Dad used to grow them for my sister and I in the summers because otherwise the acid from the red would cause breakouts on our skin.

I've found a new snack that is really filling and I enjoy it. A banana (4oz) with 1/2T peanut butter on it!! 150 cal/4g fat. I can remember how I used to enjoy a Butterfinger candy bar...it's that kind of satisfying to me but without the bad feeling that usually followed eating the candy. Sometimes I just do 1/2 banana.
