Default My first week on weight watchers...

I'm down 2 pounds! I was suprized at my weigh in. I was overwhelmed at first when I realised I have over 100 pounds to loose and joined this forum but by next year, I'll actualy be alot different if I stick to it. WOW.

Good job! I started WW (again!) 3 weeks ago and managed to gain
7 lbs from starting date until today. Starting right at the holidays was
setting myself up for failure, but, I returned today and had a perfect
food day today. My first goal is to lose 50 lbs and then I'll go from there.
I have more than that to lose, but I get so disgusted to think of how much
weight I have gained. I will be interested to hear how you are doing on WW
as the weeks go by. I made the veg soup tonight and it was great. My 13
y/o son Loved it too! He has no weight to lose, but what a healthy snack for him.

Congrats on your first weigh in! I have 150 lbs to lose so I'm there with you (plus some!). Taking steps in the right direction certainly makes it easier to stay on plan.

Keep up the great work!
