Happy New Year!!

Well, I'm packing up at work now and heading home to spend a relatively quiet new year's eve (dinner and a show) with my sweetie (the kidlets have been shipped back to their mum's place where they can monitor Sofie's progress) :D

I want to take this opportunity to wish all members of the 3FC family a Happy New Year :woo: and send out best wishes to everyone for a healthy, happy, fulfilling and successful 2006 in every way possible!

Now, what better way to finish up the year than with a wacky news item?

Hey, who has the latest New Year?

Mine's Pacific Standard Time (PST) = GMT-8.
That means when it's midnight here in California, it's 08:00 AM GMT.

Charbar 12-31-2005 09:02 PM

Howdy Jill - why is it everytime you post I want a donut!! :dizzy: I miss Tim Hortons soooo bad!
That was a wacky story. Some people are just nuts!

Happy new year everyone!
What a strange story that was, why would you have to marry the dolphin just to hang out with it or what? How weird!

Happy New Year one and all!!!

No hasty marrying of dolphins or any other land or sea mammals in 2006!!!

Happy New Year every one, I spent New Years in Reno Nevada, same time zone at California. We joined some family for a really nice fancy dinner in one of the casinos but the fireworks were canceled because the Trukee river that runs through down town was threatening to come out of it's banks. They will try and set off the fireworks Sunday night at 8. Health and happiness and lots of progress on your weighloss is my New Years wish for you all.

Yeah, that wedding story is pretty fishy (I mean, holy mackerel, who marries a dolphin??) I did see the wedding pics though and he's quite a catch. I heard she was fishing for a proposal after falling for him hook, line and sinker. I bet they had a whale of a time on their honeymoon (hope she didn't have a haddock on her wedding night). I wonder if their wedding song was "That's a Moray" by Squid Rock.

Seriously, I don't understand the porpoise of this marriage, unless they just got married for the halibut. Okay, that's enough, I'm starting to flounder here! ;)

Happy New Years to everyone here!! :) Good luck with your resolutions and year in general :) :)

satylite 01-01-2006 12:09 PM

Happy new year, y'all! May 2006 bring each and every one of you nothing but health, happiness, love, and tons of laughter.

Jessica, I'm in CA too, so I have a late new year as well.

Jill, your post killed me. I don't care what anyone says, I heart puns!
