Sneaking back in...

Hi all! Remember me?

I have slacked off seriously, and my health is paying for it. I've ventured into my "no-no zone", and my blood pressure has gone up. I'm fat, I'm tired, and I'm tired of it. So, starting on Saturday I'm going to Weight Watchers. I went to the doctor today and got the OK.

I'm back, and 2006 is my year to shed some extra pounds and get healthier!

Welcome back!!!! I'm very new here but I've been doing some serious slacking off of my own during the holiday season. I haven't gained anything back but I know it will catch up with me if I don't do something quickly!!! I'm so glad I found this great place for support....welcome again.
