I have eaten right all weekend long! I know that this may sound like nothing to some of you, but it's a major accomplishment for me!!!
I have people at work offering me all kinds of sweets and foods and I have declined!! It's really hard around the sheriffs department around this time of year because we have lots of people in the community bringing eats and treats to show thier appreciation. I am bound and determined to be healthy and fit.

I just needed to pat myself on the back! ( I learned here not to wait for someone else to do it. I have to be proud of myself.)

And Well done! I find it extremely hard to do what u did, I prob cudnt, which is going to be a big problem every xmas my mum has bowls of sweet everywhere, chocolates, gummys, nuts etc
my aunt was telling me that one year she lost some weight but as xmas she had her niece with her and sweets were everywhere, she nearly ruined everything, but after xmas day and boxing day she told herself Christmas is only actually 2 days, so she gathered up everything in bags and took to a homeless hostel, or sometimes she takes them to the nurses working in the hospital etc..hmm good idea, but I dont think my younger brothers would be too pleased if I did that...
