Measure for December
 

Last month Charbar suggested we start up a monthly thread in which to record our measurements. Often we will lose inches even when the scale tells us we haven't dropped any weight. I don't see one for December yet, so here goes.

I, of course, am a couple of pounds heavier than when I last measured, :o so mine aren't going in the right direction... yet! :lol:

Bust: 44" +1
Chest: 35" +0.5
Waist: 34.5" +0.5
Hips: 45.5" 0
Neck: 14" +0.25
Left & right thigh: 26.5" +0.5
Left & right calf: 18" -0.25

Height: 5' 4"
Weight: 197
Size upper body: 16-18 depending on style.
Size lower body: 16

I know that watching our measurements go down is a great boost, but seeing mine go up is just the kick up the bum I need to get me going again. :)

This reminds me that I do need to do my measurements again - I think the last time I did it was October. I only do 3 measurements - hips, waist and bust.

I'll post results tomorrow.

I did mine on Tuesday. Everything was the same except bust, chest, & abdomen. I'm down 2.5 in each (weird uniformity I know), for a total of 7.5 inch loss. Not bad, I'm especially psyched about the abdomen loss.

I only ever measured in those 3 places too, but I did a lot more last month, including arms and ankles. I got my knickers in a knot trying to measure my upper arms this time--every time I wrapped the tape around, I got a different result!-so I dropped those off again.
