Hi and welcome Lauren. Your daughter is a cutie. A place to start journalling is www.fitday.com. It's free and you can add your own customized foods into it. If you want to spend a few $$ on a program www.dietpower.com is supposed to be really good. (I mostly use a mac and it's not compatible for me).

Another calorie counting program is available from Calorie King (website referenced earlier). It has a 14 day free trial so you can see if you like it or not.

I find it pretty easy to use and it seems to have a good database.

Thanks, ladies! I am honestly not sure I am ready to count calories. I like to do a South Beach type eating plan and not have to be a real counter. But, who knows? I may get into it eventually.
