I'm still OP Glad to say it too. Past times I would have just quit and used the holidays as an excuse to stop! But, proud to say that I exercised the day before thanksgiving, on it, and after it! Yesterday was the day off. Calories went through the roof though! haha I still burned more than I ate though!!

Way to go ladies! I deviated only slightly and am doing great as well! I have been exercising every day and eating a calorie-controlled diet (other than Thanksgiving, where I stayed on plan, bit the plan was to eat lots more calores ).
I plan on being one of the only ones who actually LOST this week at weigh in (Wednesday). Wish me luck! I've got the next 3 days to make it all happen! I'm off to the gym
I'm ready to get back OP! I got started over eating on Thursday and have not stopped until this morning. I was feeling very discouraged but then I realized that this was a life time commitment and it is important to learn to get back OP rather than punish myself for a little too much feasting. I tend to get into all sort of self loathing when I over eat and it is really a waste of time. I have to remind myself I am living a life not living a diet. I tend to get into perfectionist thinking that I get very discourage and then gorge myself out of a felling of despair. It is really a very self destructive cycle I am determined to break it. This morning I got up and had a healthy breakfast, exercised and got back into logging my foods on Fitday. It's a good start.
