Default update
Hi everyone,

I haven't been posting much, i have had a lot of problems the last few weeks but i had lost 4.7 lbs last week and another 1.8 lbs this week

I have a total weight loss of approximately 19 lbs so far. Considering the week i had, i am so glad i still lost
