I don't know if anyone recalls this- I tend to babble!
But I was looking into the lapband surgery. Well I heard from someone the dr makes you work out 6 days a week and you have to of course change your diet. I also heard you need 6 mos of weight loss history in order to qualify.
We had our enrollment for the insurance at work that covers it- I have ins with dh so don't use the work stuff- and I decided not to do it. I know that I can keep trying this on my own. I haven't completely given up and will remind myself if I stop now i just have to start over again.
I am no way saying weight loss surgery makes things easier because I'd do it in a heart beat but I realized either way its a lot of work and I've honestly never kept with the effort.
