thats right i'm in the building but only temporary got some news things with rachael going great see pic. also tomorrow is my first american football game! and i got a starting position on the D line. will update people after the match hopefully i'll have some action shots
well lets just say the game was bad. i mean losig 62-6 isn't the worst thing ever but it was painfull to watch. although good has come from it i was so pissed about my personal performance i hit the gym big time yesterday loaded up the leg press to 572lb and was banging out reps. i'm so unfit and heavy now its not funny i'm topping 280 again. although darling rachael says she loves me just the way i am. the point is i dont'!
Eeek, sounds like my college football team (they got better after I graduated, which, to be truthful, was the only direction they could go in).
I hate how slow I lose weight and how fast I can gain it. As we say here in the states, you can lose some for the gipper (it's actually win one for the gipper).
Man I missed this thread somehow. Glad to see you made the team. Sorry to see you lost so bad. There is always the next game though.
Keep working at it you can get back down. I'm sure the football will help with getting in shape. You just have to watch those pizzas and beers after the game. Good to see you around.
