I gained last week. I have a good feeling I'll be gaining this week too.
I actually lost 5.5 lbs the week before which is a little high which makes me question the scales at ww. They've been wrong before. (they admitted it!)
Then the next week I gained 1.2 - thinking it was almost TOM but apparently its not coming til next week. So I'm facing the fact I gained.
I still feel bloated and irritable and stuff. My problem is that I don't ovulate regularly and it tends to make me irregular. But I know that I'm really feeling it now and can only imagine how bad its gonna show on the scale. I have written everything - everything- down. Last weeks meeting was about bite, licks and tastes and how they add up. So I made a point of keeping track. Its not pretty but facing the chocolate in the face seems to control how much I consume. Normally I would've kept going but this time I'm putting it down.
Anyway I've been drinking lots and lots of water and crystal light this week hoping it might help but I might just be making it worse!
