I got a letter yesterday from Marcia, who was wondering if I'd made it through Katrina since I haven't posted for quite a while. The answer is yes, we are all fine. We live in Northern Mississippi, quite near the Tennessee border - 400 miles from the Gulf Coast. We did, however, house 150 refugees in our church until the end of September.

I just figure I'm not serious about losing weight, so why waste my time posting here?

Glad to hear you're ok.

I know what you mean. My head isn't really in this fight right now either. I lurk here a few days each week and post every once in a while. I'm storing up the encouragement I find here and using it to keep me from straying to far away from my desired destination.

Plus, I'm always interested to see who the next PG person will be.

Let us know how you're doing every now and then.
