Congrats to everyone for keeping with it and/or losing weight. Howie, a big congrats for having such a great attitude and keeping us all inspired!

My original goal was to make it to two weeks and that will be on Monday. I weigh in then too but I'm not going to be too worried about the scale this week because I'm expecting TOM any time. Last time I was losing I was very upset when I didn't lose on TOM weeks. This time around I'm not going to pay attention to those weeks, knowing I'll see a bigger than usual loss the week after. Once I've reached two weeks, I'm going back to my goal of 2 lbs a week, which was my goal when I lost all my weight before.

Keep up the great work everyone and have a great weekend!

I've been up and down this week. I was at 180 before I went on holiday 2 weeks ago. I got back to a figure of 189, which didn't make me happy at all. Last time I looked I was back down to 181 which is far better than I expected, and a lesson on how much of a difference water makes
