I started my diet on October 22 and as of today, I've lost 7.2 pounds! (yes, that .2 is important, hehe!)
I am still incredibly motivated and really feeling good. In fact, I've been doing walking workouts with Leslie Sansone and yesterday I had found my WATP for abs tapes...I did the 1 mile today and decided to pop in the 2 mile and keep going because I wasn't even close to tired. Considering that the first time I ever did a walk, I thought I was going to die after just half a mile, I'm just thrilled with this!
My first goal is to hit 211, which will remove me from the "morbidly obese" BMI range - and now I'm only 5.8 pounds away!!!
