I lost 6 1/2 pounds this week!
I am so excited that I just had to share
I feel so great knowing the numbers are going down instead of up! I am doing this not as a "diet" but as a lifestyle adjustment and I want to keep exercise and heathy eating as habits, not as a "quick fix". I want to thank everyone here who has been supportive and also for all of the motivation I get from reading everyone's stories...we are in this together and we can do it!
