My 4th weigh in :)
Hi everyone,
I had my forth weigh in today and i lost approximately 2.8 lbs. I went to 260.1 so just shy of 3 lbs YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. for a total loss of 11 lbs.
I am all excited, now just to get to that doctor appointment for my knee and i will be totally happy. i have had severe knee problems since i started loosing weight and i had an appointment for november 15th but basically it was pushed back an extra week to the 22nd but the doctor will be worth the wait.
In the meantime, i am excited to have another good weight loss this week, but she warned me with the real good weight loss i have had in two weeks i should expect a sort of not so good weight loss, if that happens everything evens out in the end, which is true, i noticed the one week i gained 4 oz cause of TOM, i ended up losing 5.5 the week after LOL
