Great job, baby! I maintained this week, still stuck at 206. It's not a big surprise (other than surprise that I didn't gain). I'm afraid ice cream has been the main culprit for being over my 1600/day calorie limit a few times this week...Had some, otherwise eating healthfully and within my calories, but then wanted more. Pthbt. I wasn't drastically over, but obviously enough that I didn't lose.
