Great job, baby! I maintained this week, still stuck at 206. It's not a big surprise (other than surprise that I didn't gain). I'm afraid ice cream has been the main culprit for being over my 1600/day calorie limit a few times this week...Had some, otherwise eating healthfully and within my calories, but then wanted more. Pthbt. I wasn't drastically over, but obviously enough that I didn't lose.

I lost 5.6 lbs.

I am going to attribute it to drinking lots and lots of water, eating more veges and eating yogurt.

Congrats to all the losers and maintainers! As for those that gained it such a hard time with all that Halloween candy laying about. I think it just helps up get ready for all those christmas no no's that will soon be popping up. Keep going your going to do great!!
