I absolutely loved that article. The analogy of the car was bang on . It certainly emphasizes that we are sometimes our own worst enemies, and that chage, true change must come from within.

That was one of the first things he wrote about in his books is learning to love you the way you are. He makes a lot of sense and I enjoyed reading his 8 minute book.

That really is a great article. I think that might be one of the things that has helped me *this* time - I try to treat myself well now and not sabotage or be mean to ME.
