Today I did a full upper body weight workout. I am pretty proud of myself for this because I started my period and also have a bit of a cold. Oh the temptation to sit around.

ETA: 6:58 -- 50 minute unplanned bike ride; 6.50 miles with 5 y.o. and 14 m. old in cart behind (so that my dh could get the lawn mowed)

8/31 1 hour TKD class
9/1 Never did get to go for my run. Was expecting DH to get home from golfing around 2 or 3 so I could go on my run. Stinker didn't get home until 4:45, made me late for work and I missed my run! GRRR!!! Still did some exercise: 20 minutes core exercises.

Thanks, Sandi, you moderator extraordinaire!

I was at the hospital for the better part of the day, and then a home nurse came over to teach me how to give meds to Lorraine -- so no exercise for me yet today. I'm pretty sure it's not going to happen today because I'm exhausted.

I didn't report my exercise yesterday: 40 minutes biking, WATP 2-mile.

I've been movin' every day myself...just didn't come in to post.

Yesterday was upper body work out at gym (40 minutes) and 150 laps in pool.

Today: Lower body at gym and laps in pool again.

Default New to this thread

Hi Folks,

This is my first post in the "groove thing". I am really interested in seeing what other people do. I need to be changing things up alot exercise wise or else I get bored and slack off. So far this week I remember WATP 2x3 mile and 1x2 mile, 45 minutes on the NuStep (recumbent stairclimber for those of us with knees of mush ), 15 minutes upper body lifting. Next week I would like to try some free-form dancing to a favorite cd and definitely more time on the NuStep. Thanks for listening Active Adventurer
