I'm new to the forum and I'd like to hi. I'm hoping I'd be able to join the club. I have about 100 pounds I'd like to lose and I think this place is a great place to start it off.

Have you found a good exercise program to follow? I started out walking, worked up to land aerobics, then switched to water aerobics and added weight training. I'm going to put in a plug for lifting weights because it really does help shape and tone your body plus it helps with fatburning.
