I have had a nice couple of days. I just thought it might be nice to have some goals. I did 30 minutes on my elliptical yesterday. I just got it on SUnday and yesterday was the first day that I used it. I only did 15 minutes today because I was so sore from yesterday that I could hardly move my legs. OUch!
Here are my goals:
1. Eat between 1500 and 1700 calories per day
2. Limit my pop to 16 oz or less preferably none but I'm going to cut back slowly
3. Drink 60 oz of water
4. Exercise for at least 15 minutes. I will up this as I go along.
I'm looking forward to seeing the scale go down.
