As long as you're losing, don't worry about it. I know I did feel the same way when I started watching my calories and fat intake, however we have to break the age old concept that in order to lose weight, we must starve... Its great that you feel full, that's what will help keep you on plan. As long as you're full of good healthy foods, and are within your plan, then that's fantastic!
I honestly wouldn't worry about it if you're still seeing a 1-2 lb. a week loss.
