Celina- Thanks I went to check it out, and I already have a program thats just like fitday. I graphs my progress, tells me how many calories to take in in order to lose however much I want to a week. If it's an unhealthy amount of calories it will tell you that too. If you follow WW, SB, or just count calories it's great. I really like this program too and I highly recommend it also.
