Sometimes it is hard to choose
    But we can succeed

  • Path interrupted
    Life lessons hard-learned build strength
    Rebuild, regain, lose
  • Losing weight is great
    Be positive and you'll see
    Hey, it worked for me!
    (until I got pregnant)!
  • Sarah----- your haiku is so true and fits many people. I LOVE IT!
  • Thanks, Gretchen! I was hoping others would see that and that it would ring true for them also. All of our paths are different, and most of them have been hit with one kind of interruption or another! Hopefully I remain alone here in mine.

    P.S. Go positivity!
  • In my mind's mirror
    A slimmer me
    Reflections of the future
  • Seed firmly planted
    Now nurturing the new life
    Will blossom next year
  • Strong and beautiful
    Emerging from the layers
    Learning to love me

Gasp up hills on wobbly legs
    Zooming down hill, WHEEEEE!
