Ok we're on the same plan you just work out longer, I guess I'll have to kick it up a little nothng good comes easy (but love, teehee). We are just about in the same place (as far as cw). Well I'm impressed, and I will add another 1/2 hour and two days to my workouts (I'll try, really try)

Thumbs up

Sunday is my weigh in day. I'm either holding steady at 273 or down 1lb at 272. I have a dr. appt tomorrow so I'll see what that has to say and go with that.

Update:
I'm down 1 lb for sure. YAY! I'm seeing a new decade in my near future! 269 here I come! Awesome!

down just 1/2 a lb. Mathematically WRONG based on my caloric deficits, but I just have to keep going. I'm almost always under 1000 calories, and I work out a LOT. It will balance out. And I am still going the right direction.

It might sound strange, Sea, but you might not be eating enough. Less than 1000 kcals a day is very low and bodies recognise this and adjust accordingly.

Sea, I was thinking that too. 1000 calories is not really alot of food. If you were on WW, (which is points), you would be eating 24 points, which is around 1200 calories. Especially if you work out that much.

My mom was staying around 1000 to 1200 and was not losing much. She has a friend who is a Jenny Craig consultant. Her friend set her up with a free plan and said at her age she should never be under 1600 calories. It's worked she has been losing now. So I would try uping your calories as the others have said.
