Smile You helped me lose 16 pounds…
I admit it. I’m a lurker. After reading and learning from you all (plus a little self-control), I’ve lost 16 pounds! It’s a drop in the proverbial bucket, but it’s got to start somewhere, right? So I thought I’d stop hiding and poke my head out and say thank you!

Reading your posts has been inspiring and motivating. And just so you know, I’ve been cheering you all on from my hiding place. So if you heard a little “Yay!” when you posted about an accomplishment and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from, that was probably me.

Thanks again, and here’s to “loads” more success for all of us!
