Hi Everyone...

I've been MIA for awhile, but I am back and planning to be a regular. I have lurked a bit and it is wonderful to see all the success happening - people heading to healthier places. Me too...Forty has hit and it is no different than 39. However, this excess weight is going to get me if I don't do something and there is no time better than the present. Did anyone read the article about life as a thin person which is presently on the first page when you enter the site? It was very interesting. If you haven't read it, take a moment. It would be interesting to hear others impressions. Anyway, I will write my article once I have the weight off until then it is great to be back with folks who understand the struggle and are doing so well!

I did read the article (thanks to your post). And I found it absolutely amazing and enlightening. I love to read about what people don't talk about. Very very cool.

And BTW, may I encourage you to write during the struggle?
