Since Memorial Day is only 5 weeks away and I always need to have a competition going (with myself or others), I thought it would be helpful to see what we all wanted to accomplish...

I suck. I've had about 2 soda's, cause they are free here @ work, but they were diet & one I threw away halfway through. Although I am about to have one w/lunch.

I have lost 3lbs and have 14 to go. I think I might be able to pull that of in 5 weeks - I hope

Why are you beating yourself up over diet soda? Yes it's not the best stuff for you but it has no calories. Your not going to gain weight from it. I know if your trying to give something like soda it's hard and you can get mad at yourself. But don't let a drink with no calories put you in the mind set of being a failure.

I have 9 more lbs to get to my Memorial day goal so that's a little under 2 lbs a week. I think I can handle that.
