I lost 3 more this week. Right at the edge of 200s. I'm 300 even now. Talk about suspense. I want that 299 so bad and my body just won't give it up. Maybe next week I hope.
Wowie, Howie! Now you have a MAJOR incentive to stay on-plan this week -- you'll be under 300 before you know it, but isn't it the WORST trying to get under a "major" number? I know for me there's a weird psychological thing and I tend to self-sabotage just a little bit.
Yes me too Jennifer. If I had not had 2 treat meals last weekend I would probably have been there this week. Can't live in the past though. So watch out 299 here I come.
I'm positively giddy myself today! Three pounds down to 289! I haven't been 280-anything in over nine years! WOOHOO! Have to work extra hard this weekend to stay on track because I don't want to pop back over that line, need to get a little "breathing room". Like Jennifer says, I have a tendency to sabotage myself around a target.
