Move Your Kaboose, 3/28-4/3
Post your exercise here, exercise fiends and foes! And a question: how close do you come to meeting the US government's recommended 60-90 minutes of activity on most days? I think they mean everything you do: including housecleaning, walking the dog, gardening, walking to the store, taking the stairs, anything! I'm going to try to keep track this week.
So far: Monday: Step aerobics (50 minutes), 10 minute walk, 5 minute stair climb.
