I'm not going to be anywhere close unless someone knows how to get rid of almost 30 pounds in a few days. I'll just be happy to continue being on track at this point.

OMG Howie - not only have you reached your Memorial Day goal, but you exceeded your "next mini-goal" of 290 by June 1st AND are officially in the 280's!!! Yes, I know you know all this, but I'm spelling it out for those who may not have noticed the totality of your accomplishment. Freakin' way to goooooo!

Treefroglegs - Congrats on reaching your Memorial Day Goal (and early to boot). Keep on going!!

Beth - It may not be your goal, but 7lbs. is nothing to sneeze at. Good work.

Dawnyal - Okay, you fell short for this holiday, but there's the next to shoot for - you're on track and raring to go, right? I'm sure we'll be congratulating you for meeting your Independance Day goal (once you tell us what it is... )

Good job to those who made it. And for those who did not keep going I know you will. This is a long journey filled with temtations. We mess up sometimes and the key is to just get right back at it and keep going.
