Hello I am new here and I have so much weight to lose. I am a big diet roller coaster ride that I am now ready to get off and stop the yo yo. I really should lose 100 lbs but 80 would be nice! I could use any encouragement. Anyone want a buddy? Here is a picture of me and my boys. Right now I weigh 236 and I am 5 ft 4.
