Thumbs up 101 ways to reduce fat in your foods!

I've printed this up and taped it to my fridge because although many of them are obvious, there's lots of tips here I didn't know about, plus there's ideas I'll definitely try (like yogurt cheese):

I thought the related articles ("9 ways to add healthy fat to your diet" and "The skinny on fat") were pretty enlightening too!

Yogurt cheese is so yummy! I've never made my own. I look forward to trying it. Thanks for sharing this!

Thanks for sharing Jill - I was actually gonna post this link too.. Read it on my coffee break yesterday! I find i've been doing a lot of that since I quit smoking so don't have much to do on my breaks...

I've taped the article to my fridge too!

I figured you might see this, Celina - but I wanted to enlighten those who don't have access to "Canadian Living"

I had a little chuckle when I saw #40 - remember the Weight Watchers recipe cards from 1974? Maybe I'll whip up a batch of "Mackerelly" or "Fluffly Mackerel Pudding"
