Hi Amy welcome to 3FC. I look forward to helpping on your weight loss journey. Do you have a weight loss plan in mind. In 100 club you'll find that we don't have a set plan we are all doing our own thing. I know one of the major reason my weight loss has been sucessful is my being able to post here when I've had good days/bad and everyone has been there to encourage and give me a kick in my bum when I needed it. (they do that w/o even knowing it by showing me weight loss is possible just stick with it) Post any question you have there is vast knowledge. Once again welcome.

Hey there Amy! How's it going? Welcome to 3fc. It's a great little support system we have going here, I hope you'll jump right in.

If you don't mind my asking, what kind of plan are you on and what are your goals? Tell us more about yourself if you'd like
