Not New but Revamping
I need to change how I'm going about all this. I need new motivations and new goals. I have to get myself back on program. The holidays have really messed me up and I just can't seem to get back on the wagon and start exercising and eating right again. Is anyone else in the same situation? How are you getting back on track??? I'm going to work on being a regular here and communicating more. This is a very inspiring place with TONS of inspiring people... I just hope one day I can be one too.
