Hi Everyone!!
 

I have been away for awhile...had a scare with my heart which ended up being chest pain from acid reflux and not my heart. I am so happy and so motivated to take care of myself. I just have to comment on how pleased I am to see how well everyone is doing - so motivating. Gretchen ....wahooo, you look awesome! You have done so well. Sarah, Dawn, Jen, Raelyn, Celina - good work! Sandi, you are a little fitness guru, way to go! I have maintained my weight and continued to exercise. I am grateful for my life of exercise (kick box queen here), I think it helps my heart and keeps my blood pressure good!! Even the surgeon patted the back of my calf and couldn't believe it was muscle (I know, an insult and a compliment all at the same time).

Now, I am turning forty in May and it is time to kick butt as well as kick box. Any one else flipping their odometer of age? I plan to turn new age numbers as well as weight numbers. Look forward to chatting with you all soon!

Welcome back .I used to have acid reflux but sence my diet not one symtom.Eating less has so many benifits. :cp:

Welcome back Jenaya, I know how menacing acid reflux is, but I am glad to hear it is that instead of heart problems. Great job on maintaining!

(Hey and thanks for the positive feedback! :) ) I turned 40 this past May 4th, and I just felt great about the positive changes I'd made -- I knew I was on the right path and that I'd see it to the end, and so even though I had a long road stretching before me, I was ok with where I was in the process.
