DietPower does, but it's only free for the first 15 days -- then it's like $40-50.00 to own the software (which you can use on more than one computer) so that might be too much. I researched a lot of food logging programs before buying it, and it's the best. But I'd spend some time checking out your free options online.

Diet Power does. It tracks all kinds of stuff.

If you'd like more info or have questions on low-sodium eating/cooking, please don't hesitate to PM me. I've been watching the sodium since I was 16. :)

50 dollars? and thats just to download it. Thats a bit steep considering that new and fancy pc games only cost about 40.00. I couldnt find any programs that were actually free, they would say they were, and I would spend time putting in my food and then find out that it isnt free,.. or you cant save your info,..I guess ill just keep having to use pencil and paper. I am really surprised there isnt anything like that out there for free,..

Fitday does allow you to track your sodium, it's in the nutrient requirements report. You can also set sodium intake as your nutritional goal.
