You all are welcome. I am really going to get into a more healthy lifestyle. I have been counting calories and losing weight but I don't always make sure I eat the 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. I also don't watch the fat as close as I should. All though with 1800 calories I know that is not to bad. So I am bringing my planner home from work. I never use it anyway. I'm going to fill it with the neat little help things I get from the AHA plus use it as a meal planer and grocery list planer.
