Default My new do

Here is what my new hair do looks like. I have been wanting something new with my hair for a while. Back in may, I found this picture of Reba's hair and wanted this style.

I took that pic in with me to the stylist. The woman kept trying to make my hair feather like the old 70s styles. Finally another girl came over there and showed her how to style it. Although my hair is a lot shorter than Reba's I can still pretty much style it like her pic. Or I can just wash and go and be done with it.
I am happy with the look and everyone tells me I look a lot younger. (One friend even told me I had that "mom" look now)

Wow, that hairstyle really suits you. I saw your avatar photo a few minutes ago and was planning to comment -- you look gorgeous! Your face is looking really thin, and you have great bone structure in your face to begin with!

Congrats on your new style, Dawnyal! I've been meaning to get some highlights in my hair but keep putting it off... Thanks for the do-inspiration!

Dawnyal, you look beautiful! I'm in desperate need of a "shaping" myself. I'm trying to let mine grow out, so its in that akward "inbetween" shoulder length stage. ( Not that there's anything wrong with shoulder length hair.) It just isn't working for me. Anyhoo...it looks fantastic!
