Even though I have along way yet to go I'm noticing there are so many small rewards along the way.Being able to cross my legs comfortably,not being sweaty and winded after walking around the grocery store,fitting into old clothes I haven't worn in along time,and {one of my biggest},again reaching areas of my anatomy that were almost out of reach. Every week there is another small discovery to savor and encourage me to keep on keeping on.
Thats excellent. it is great to see you progessing. I am yet not at the level where I see that many changes, but I kinda know what you mean. My latest/biggest thing is that when i lay down I can feel my hip bone. I know that sounds weird, but I do not remember ever being able to do that!!!
