I hope everyone was able to make their halloween goals. I made my initial goal, but not my revised goal. I wanted 218 today, but ended up with 220. I have a feeling I did myself in last night when I went out drinking with some friends. Too many Guiness! Oh well, I had a great time, so those 2 pounds I can live with for a few extra days.

I hope everyone remembered to set their clocks back an hour last night. I didn't (could have something to do with the beer? LOL) And now Im up an h our early.

SOOO, Im taking advantage of the time to get in a nice long walk this morning to beat the beer! Here's my Halloween challange to each and every one of you. Lets see how many of us can walk for at least 30 minutes today. Come back and post here. 30 minutes or more. Do it for yourself, do it for the Great Pumpkin, just do it! I want to see you all checking in tonight with the time of your walk. And if you don't? Just finished my walk. 1 hour, 3 minutes.

I'm going to walk at work today, so about 7 hours! I don't think it counts though :(
