nelie... you rock - what a great month you are having!

I jumped on the scale yesterday and it appears the weight is going to start coming on... fast. I remember that with dd Sara that I didnt' gain then *boom* huge gain. From Monday till today I gained 5 lbs. And I feel all of it. It's okay. I need to watch things and expect this.

Congrats to all of you other losers!

Well done all. I just love love LOVE it here because you are all so positive!!! We may lose the odd weekly battle with the pounds but we're going to win the war!!!!

Well - this week I was waiting to weigh myself on Sat for halloween challenge but I couldn't wait and GUESS WHAT...4lbs gone!!!!!! SO I'M 198 and in ONEDERLAND.
I AM SO SO SO SO SO HAPPY.

It took me 3 weeks, but I finally got under 230! My body really seems to like this weight range, because both times I've lost weight i've gotten stuck in the 230's. I was 228 this morning!

WOOO HOOO! 4 more pounds this week and I was able to weigh at the doctors office for the first time in 9 years. I am so psyched. Total of 68 lbs gone now and only 4 more lbs and I will have less than 100 lbs to goal.

Awwww, Howie, I'm SO excited for you, Mr. Man!!! I wish I could give you a big, big hug.....guess you'll just have to get one from your wife!

I'm down to 214, so that means a few things: I achieved my third mini-goal of 215; I'm exactly at the halfway point of my final goal (which I modified based on my nonfat mass; ) my next mini-goal will be -- you guess it -- 199 (ah, sweet Onederland; ) and I've lost 2 pounds since this past Monday and 7 pounds since last Monday!

I'm pretty excited!!!!
