Dawn, if you want something where you can eat carbs but with potentially fast weight loss, you could look at South Beach Diet. You are allowed "good carbs". It is something to look at. Everyone has different results, it depends on how your body reacts, how much weight you have to lose and of course exercise is very important. As of yesterday, I have lost 58 lbs in 4.5 months.
You can't out-exercise poor eating habits.
