Purdue gives Pros and Cons on popular diets
I know from time to time we all try a new "diet" no matter how much we have heard that this needs to become a new lifestyle and not a diet.
On Purdue.edu I found a database where they give you an overview and pros and cons of 54 popular diets. I'm running out to buy the "Fight Fat After 40" book! The overview shows all pros and no cons and the "diet" looks like it can be used easily in conjunction with the Weight Watchers lifestyle. Interesting, I had an inkling I might be a stress eater :D

It's interesting how many diets have *NOT ONE* "pro" listed for them, but a whole sheet of "cons."

Looking at the different pros and cons, if it doesn't follow the food pyramid, it seems to not have a lot of pros. I was suprised that BFL had NO pros even though it is a healthy eating plan.
