After 3 wks of nothing I'm losing again. 4 lbs this last week,24 lb total so far. Finally some progress to show for the suffering. After reading your advice on the 500 to 800 cal daily I've desided to stay with the high end . I think with some creativity I can make this something I can live with. It does seem for me counting cal instead of carbs is working better.
