Unhappy Getting Back on Track

Hi Ladies,
Who wants to give me a firm Kick in the bottom to get me moving in the right direction??
I have been completely off plan since my daughter got hurt last week. She goes back to school tomorrow though, so hopefully I can concentrate on my fitness/weightloss plan. I think I'll go down to the park and take a couple of laps..it's beautiful down there and I think 2 laps = 1mile (if i remember correctly) I am so sick of being fat...I dont know why I cant stick with anything. Oh well, tomorrow will be a fresh start..I have to weigh in today when i go to my moms, I am really dreading that, lol.

Anywho, hope everyone else is doing great!

My legs are too heavy to lift to give anyone a kick on the bottom . Just get right back on the proverbial horse and take it one day at a time. Why wait till tomorrow when you still have half a day left to get back on plan. YOU CAN DO IT. And what do you mean you can't stick with anything? You keep coming back here to get and give support don't ya?

Amanda, I'm with you, hon. Good luck re-starting, and weighing in. The first weigh-in is always the hardest! We're here for you.

Good Luck Amanda!

The first weigh is always the worst... just think though, it keeps getting better from there...

Alrighty then AMANDA!! ATTENTION!!! Here's your swift kick girlfriend! You can do it. Don't let a few days knock you down for good. Pick yourself up, get your game face on and run for the touchdown! No body is perfect. We all have the off days, feelings of not wanting to do this, don't want to exercise, have excuse after excuse... (I am guilty myself). The key to success is to FORGET the past. This very MOMENT is a new one. Get yourself together and GO, GO, GO! You can do it! We'll be here every step of the way.. falling off track at times and having the best days/weeks on plan of our lives. This is all a part of the journey... It's a tough one but it can be done.

Congratulations on your efforts thus far.. Keep it up.

Is that enough of a rear kickin'? lol
