Default Driver's License Weight "Contest"

I was looking at my driver's license and really had to chuckle. Boy, was I in a state of denial. Anyway, I know that most of us don't have our correct weight on our driver's license, and I thought it would be fun to see how far off we were/are.

At my highest weight, I was 261, and my driver's license says 180. So I weighed 81 lbs. more than my driver's license weight. Can anyone beat that?

I plan to throw a party when I actually hit my driver's license weight.

Well mine says 350 and my highest with that weight on it was 421 so 71 lbs. Almost but did not beat you. However on a good note I am only 13lbs away from that 350. I see you have me beat there also. You only have 6 more to go. But hey we are all winners in the game of getting to are drivers license weight.

I probably beat everybody My drivers license says 250 although I probably haven't weighed 250 since i was 12 or so. At my highest weight, i was 364 so at that point it would've been 114 lbs off.

i feel so fortunate that I never had to fill out a weight on my license. My height, however, is incorrect- and if I had to fill out a weight I would have certainly lied through my teeth.

Well, I have an Arkansas drivers license and we don't have to put our weight on them. But, my military ID says 160. Kudo points to my husband because he did that without my knowledge. Guess he did not see me as some fatso. Anyways, I guess that gives me a difference of 85 pounds! That's just to funny.

Thumbs down I lose

I put my correct weight on my drivers license because I finally figured out that the person on the other side of the counter just might be able to figure out that I am much closer to 250# than the 145# that I would otherwise claim. Now, if I can just convince them that I am 7'5" instead of 5'7" I would be height/weight porportionate!
Actually my big thing is I WILL NOT smile when I have my picture taken. Why? Well, I figure that if I am stopped by an officer I will not be smiling and will look similar to the pix on my license.

My drivers license says I am 85kg (185lbs) - at my highest weight I was 100 lbs heavier than this. They never ask when you renew your license whether the weight is accurate - probably cause noone would say "oh yeah, btw I'm actually 130 lbs heavier than that, do you mind changing that for me?"

I told the truth when I got mine, and I currently weigh 18 lbs. less than I did on 8-4-2000. Pretty cool. I hadn't looked in forever. Thanks Sheila.

mine says 200 pounds, I was kinda shocked when I saw the conversion from kg to pounds, I was probably 265 when the picture was taken. I always look smaller than I actually weigh, like, I weigh 265 and wear a size 18/20, and I'm 5'7" and a half (!!).

Swim, I'm quite similar. I'm 5'6 and when I weighed around 260, I wore a 18/20. Actually right now, I have a few 18/20 tops. My butt is the hard one to get down to that size but I did wear a size 18/20 pant when I was 260. Right now, I am wearing size 24 or size 26 pants, depending on the pants, when I hit 300, I expect to be firmly a size 24 pant.

I was relieved that here in NC we don't have to put our weight on the drivers license. In the other places I have lived, I think the highest I ever admitted to was 180 ~ I was probably 210 at the time. In my twisted thinking, I felt like I didn't look any smaller at 180 than I felt like I looked at 210, so what difference did it make.

I think that how I look ~ what I see in the mirror ~ is part of why this weight loss thing is discouraging to me. At one point I had lost about 45 pounds ~ I was able to wear a smaller size and my old clothes were looser, but when I looked in the mirror ~ I still saw the same old fat me.

Although it is not listed on the license here in Arkansas, they do ask us for their records when we renew. I'm almost certain I said 230 lbs. when I renewed a few years ago. At the time I was at my peak of about 320 lbs. so I'm sure the clerk was snickering to herself even as I said it. Now I probably need to have it redone just because the picture is so different. I've actually had a teller at my bank hold my license hostage and show it to everyone around her (including other customers!) and ask me every detail about how I lost the weight. Of course I happily answered all the questions even if I was blushing wildly the entire time.
