I took my measurements this morning and I've taken a few here and there for the past 3 months but never did a comprehensive measurement to compare to when I started going back to the gym and started my lc diet back in May.
I've lost 38 inches total that i've counted, i've put my newest measurement in parentheses.
10 inches on my waist (46 inches)
10 inches on my hips (56 inches)
4 inches on my chest below boobs (46 inches)
6 inches around my shoulders (54 inches)
2 inches x 2 on each upper thigh (29 inches each)
3 inches x 2 on each upper arm (18 inches each)
1 inch x 2 on each wrist (7 inches each)
1 inch x 2 on each ankle (10 inches each)
1 inch on my neck (17 inches)
and 1 shoe size
Anyone else measure? feel like sharing? If you don't already measure, I'd highly recommend doing so.
